Seabird Island provides services to Band Members all around the world and to multiple First Nation Communities throughout BC. Seabird Island has the responsibility to protect each client and provide them with the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to insure these services.

All services provided by Seabird Island may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Canadian Federal, Province or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, unlicensed software or files, or material protected by trade secret and other statue.

The approval process may take a while, it will be approved or denied and sent back to you. Approved requests will receive high quality versions to ensure the Seabird Island likeness is portrayed with quality and integrity.

Unless otherwise stated, text on this website may be reproduced for non-commercial personal purposes only, provided any Seabird likeness, copyright and other notices are retained, and the materials are not modified. Further, any reproductions may not be represented as an official version of the materials reproduced, or as having been made in affiliation with or as endorsed by Seabird Island. Downloading, copying, selling or distributing any content from this website is prohibited except as provided above.
